Great job done by these folks. They are experts you can count on.

“Big house, lots of roof area, tons of windows, and lots of gutters. Even though we had the roof patched (vulture damage), the windows caulked, and gutters replaced with larger capacity gutters, we continued to have a few water leaks. Everyone blamed everyone else and no one admitted to doing a less than adequate job. Back in 2004 we had Robert come out and he quickly and efficiently located our problems. After that it was a piece of cake to get them fixed. And now in 2018 we had another leak that no one could find. Enter Robert and Daniel. They had the latest equipment and were able to track down a leaky toilet ring on the top floor. Not only that, but they came back after we finally got 2" of rain and tested all the areas that may have let water in. Both the primary leak was fixed and no other problem areas were discovered. Peace of mind is a great thing! Everyone we spoke with was friendly and efficient. Great job done by these folks. They are experts you can count on.”

“Pool Leak Detection I had American Leak Detection over to fix a continuous leak problem that Red Rhino did not detect a number of months back. My skimmer was originally found to be a source of leakage but a second leak in the main drain line was not detected. I had the skimmer replaced but a leak still persisted. I contacted AMERICA LEAK DETECTION who sent out Blade Cochran a Leak Specialist. I was not present at the first leak inspection so I needed to be here for this one. Blade was very knowledgeable in leak detection and answered all my questions and concerns while throughly doing his job. Through a process of elimination he determined the main drain to be the culprit and offered two solutions, a quick fix and a permanent fix. He plugged the drain to immediately stop leakage and then traced the line to locate the leak on the lanai apron which will require some excavation. I was very impressed with the professionalism that Blade and AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION provided. Additionally they were less expensive then the other company. I highly recommend them and give them a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!”

“I discovered that my pool was leaking water at the rate of about 1" of water everyday, knowing that was a lot more than just evaporation. I did some digging on the internet found what I thought was the best one. I called them a great guy maned Matt came out and performed his duties and within 1-1/2 hrs. he found the leak at the bottom of the main drain and fixed it, not only did he do that, he filled some tiles with epoxy. For the cost of correcting the problem. I will be very happy when I look at the pool tomorrow morning and not have to add water. I would recommend American Leak Detection to everybody that has a pool leak. Great job Matt. 5 star plus.”
