“Today, I was called out to a job here in El Dorado Hills where I met with the homeowner and Paul from American Leak Detection. Not only was he fabulous at finding the leak cause extremely quick, but he took time out of his day to show the homeowner a few different things she was unaware of in and outside of her home. Without going into too much detail, the bottom line was that Paul and American Leak Detection have amazing customer service and I was blown away at how knowledgeable he was! In this industry, everyone is in a hurry - however, Paul took the time to make sure his customer service was top notch. We had been dealing with a leak in our window and found mold on our baseboard. Paul was called out to take a look. He was not the first person to look at our home, so we were expecting that he would tell us the same thing the other 3 people did.. boy was I wrong! “I love American Leak Detection! I had a spa leak issue that I could not figure out. My spa is connected to and sits above the pool. Everyday it was leaking down about half way once the equipment turned off. I called Monte and he was super helpful. I let him know what I had done to correct he issue which slowed down the leak but didn't stop it. He asked me a few questions and was able to direct me to the fix. He did so on the phone with no service charge. In my book, that is the highest level of service. He could have come out and spent some time tinkering around my pool and spa and then charged my a hefty fee...No, not American Leak Detection. I would highly recommend Monte and his team of leak detectors to help you resolve your leak issues.”

“I had a great experience with American Leak Detection, specifically with the technician, Neal! I had a leak close to my natural-rock designed pool which was proving difficult to find. I have multiple waterfalls, and the rock heads above the waterfalls would have had to be broken up in order to get to the pipes to seal and pressure test the pipes. Instead of just showing up and taking my money, he first suggested we try a test of the body of the pool (informing me pool structures themselves can't be pressure tested). He set me up for the next morning test, gave me specific instructions on what to turn on, & provided his cell number so I can provide him with test results over the phone. He even came back out to fix an old valve that broke during the test setup. For me, Neal went above and beyond and tried his best to save me from spending money unless absolutely necessary to test the pipes. The office lady who would call to get me on their schedule, Elena (I believe), was also very friendly and accommodating. Both Neal and she got me in incredibly quick when I needed! I highly recommend Neal and this company.”

“Pool leak that my pool company who resurfaced it could not find. The recommended American Leak. They came out and determined where leak was and I had company who resurfaced pool fix the leak..... well I thought they did. Long story short, have this company do a full check of systems and contact them if you have problems. This company had to come out after pool company did repairs and Ivan was excellent! Ivan was through and precise and explained everything so I could understand it. It was 100 plus but it did not slow him down one bit. Awesome service and I would recommend this company for any issue. Have dealt with another leak detection company about my shower when i bought home. They did a good job but if I have to call anyone, it will be this company and I will be requesting Ivan.”
